ALL OF OUR ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR WHEN ORDERED. CREDIT TERMS MUST BE ARRANGED PER
ITEM BASIS. IF YOU ARE SEEKING CREDIT OUR TERMS ARE 30 DAYS NET. PLEASE CONTACT US
IMMEDIATELY TO SET UP A PAYMENT.
CLOTHING, SPECIALITY ITEMS, UNIFORMS
These items are non-refundable once approved. It your responsibility to order the correct sizes. Once an item is imprinted with a design or embroidery, it can’t be returned.
Sample shirts can be purchased prior to ordering. You are responsible for shipping and handling of
the samples.
Speciality items such as pens, cups, hats, etc. are nonrefundable once your logo or name
has been affixed. Make sure all information is correct prior to ordering.
FLAG POLES:
Non-refundable once installed. Installation must be done correctly.We are not responsible
for flag pole installation. Adhere to these instructions for a longer lasting flag pole:
1. Please measure the correct height, weight and diameter before ordering.
2. We are not responsible for poles damaged due to wind, hail, storms, flooding or other acts
of nature. It is your responsibility to remove the poles during high winds.
3. PUT DUCT TAPE on the top of the pole to prevent flag material from ripping or tearing.
4. Do not use flag poles for flying banners or other heavy items. They are designed for flags.
5. Take your flags down if winds are 15 MPH or more.
FLAGS:
Flags may be returned within the first 7 days of receiving them if:
1. There is a defect in the flag, such as a seam or defective material. Please check each
flag prior to installation.
2. We are not responsible for flag installation, vandalism, acts of nature, such as high winds,
storms, flooding, rips, tears, fading and other acts.
3. Be certain that your flag poles are designed to hold the amount of weight of the flags you
order. BANNERS SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED FLAGS!
4. WE USE THE MEASUREMENTS YOU GIVE US. MEASURE CAREFULLY.
5. It is your responsibility to remove your flags during winds over 15 MPH.
PRINTED MATERIAL:
Once the order is placed and approved, Classic Design Group is not responsible for
changes or corrections. Please proof read your material for accuracy. We are not
responsible for incorrect information, if you provide it to us. Please note that colors will
appear differently than on the computer screen. If you want a color sampling, it can be
provided at an additional cost! YOU MUST REPORT ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER WITHIN 7 DAYS.WE WILL BE UNABLE TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ANY ITEMS AFTER THAT DATE.
SIGNS BANNERS:
Once approved - signs of any type are non-refundable.
1. Signs will fade and blister due to heat or cold. Make sure you do the following:
a. Keep the surface free of dirt, dust and debris
b. If using adhesive, it must be heavy duty variety and cover the entire back of the sign
c. All orders over $1,000.00 require a 50% deposit prior to the start work and remaining balance within 30 days of work being completed. CDG will dispose of old items unless instructed otherwise, in writing Upon replacement of signs, banners or flags.
d. Invoices that remain outstanding over 30 days will be subject to 2% per month -finance charge -CDG reserves the right to confiscate products which remain unpaid, in full, after the agreed upon term of payment.
e. WARRANTY: CDG agrees to repair or replace any or all work for 30 days from the date of installationif proven defective in workmanship or material. This warranty will not cover normal wear and tear,water damage, vandalism, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control.
