Our full color name badges are made to impress. We digitally print all your employee information and employee photo on to the card.

We ask you to email your employee's photo to the email address below. We need a digital photo (taken from any digital camera) of your employee's head and top of the shoulders.

Please email any graphics and/or your logo to cdglv@aol.com 

All photos should be a head & shoulder's shot.  Employees can not be wearing a hat in their picture, glasses are fine.

INFORMATION FOR EMPLOYEE NAME/TITLE

During the checkout process you will come to the credit card/paypal method of payment. When you choose this option it will open up a screen to verify billing/shipping address.

Towards the bottom of this page is a place called "CUSTOMER NOTES". Here you can enter the single or multiple employee's names/titles.
